Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on July 1st, 2025)
- General/EWS: 27 Years
- OBC (NCL): 30 Years
- SC/ST: 32 Years
Relaxations are available for PWD, Ex-servicemen, and candidates from Jammu & Kashmir as per government rules. Up to 7 years of age relaxation may be given based on relevant work experience.
Educational Qualification
Class X + National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade. Minimum 60% marks for General and OBC candidates and 55% marks for SC and ST candidates are required in both NTC/ITI and NAC.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
Stage I: Computer Based Examination (CBE)
All candidates will take a CBE in their respective trades. Shortlisting for the skill test will be based on CBE marks in a 1:5 ratio to the number of vacancies.
Stage II: Skill Test & Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates must attend and complete the skill test and document verification. The final merit list will be prepared based on the CBE score of candidates who qualify the skill test.
Preference for Best/Runner-up Apprentice: Best and runner-up apprentices from All India Skill Competitions may be exempted from the CBE and directly called for the skill test.
Medical Standards: Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination, and the appointment is subject to meeting the company’s health standards.
